NLPD Golf Society
New members are welcome to come along and join in with the NLPD Golf Society. It doesn't matter if you're the next Rory McIlroy or if you've never swung a club before. We practice at the Aintree Golf Centre driving range every 2 weeks (subject to change), so please get in touch if you'd want to join us. The aim is to get a team together to compete at the Sport Parkinson's Four Nations golf tournament later this year at The Belfry.

We had a putting challenge, the longest drive & nearest the pin. The overall winner was Keith Mc!

Golf Quiz Night

The NLPD golf quiz night was a big success, thanks to Brendan O' & his team of helpers, they raised over £600! We had a great venue at the Big Bog Brewery in Speke, Liverpool & we enjoyed a photo quiz round, then 4 rounds of quiz questions, Irish 'Sit Down Bingo', super raffle prizes and a prize for best team name, which went to Peter C's 'Couldn't be ar*ed!' team!
The evening was well presented by Bren and MC Richard C & everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable night.
Recently, we got together at the Formby Golf Centre to have a go at the 9 hole pitch & putt. WE had 2 groups of players and Brendan was the winner with the lowest score.
